Call for Conference Proposals

STAPS, a multidisciplinary journal indexed in Scopus and recognized in UGC Care Group II, invites researchers, scholars, and practitioners to submit proposals for conferences that align with our mission of advancing knowledge and fostering interdisciplinary collaboration.

Objectives of the Conference

We aim to create a platform for sharing innovative research, exchanging ideas, and fostering collaboration among academics and practitioners. Conferences may cover a wide range of topics within the following disciplines:

  • Social Sciences
  • Humanities
  • Health Sciences
  • Education
  • Sports Science

Proposal Submission Guidelines

To submit a conference proposal, please adhere to the following guidelines:

  1. Proposal Format:

    • Title of the Conference
    • Organizing Institution(s) and Contact Information
    • Objective and Rationale: A brief overview of the conference theme and its significance.
    • Target Audience: Specify the intended participants (academics, industry professionals, students, etc.).
    • Proposed Date and Venue: Include potential dates and locations for the conference.
    • Agenda Outline: A preliminary schedule including keynote speakers, session topics, and panel discussions.
    • Budget Estimate: An outline of expected costs and funding sources.
  2. Length: The proposal should be no more than 2,000 words.

  3. Review Process: All proposals will be reviewed by the STAPS editorial board. Selected proposals will be invited for further development.

Conference Publication

Accepted conferences may have the opportunity to publish selected papers in STAPS. Authors of presented papers will be invited to submit their work for peer review
